Avon UK has launched a new range of vegan and eco-friendly skincare named Distillery, with a global rollout set to take place over the coming year.
The range of facial skin care products includes a cleansing balm, SPF25 day cream, night cream, vitamin C powder and purifying oil, all of which can be bought as single items or kits. The company plans to add make-up to the range in the near future.
Gina Ghura, Director at Avon’s future innovation team, said, “There’s an increasing number of well-informed and socially conscious customers who have a huge amount of choice. Distillery comes after years of scientific research so customers still get the performance they require knowing we’ve been respectful about ingredients.”
Available online and via Avon representatives, the bottles are smaller than normal Avon products, which is said to be due to the potency of the product and to minimize carbon footprint.
