The Body Shop
Natura & Co's board of directors recently authorized management to explore strategic alternatives for The Body Shop. The private equity investor Aurelius Group purchased The Body Shop for £207 million.
Aesop
Aesop is a Melbourne-based skincare group.
In December 2012, Aesop sold a 65% stake in its business to Natura for US$71.6 million. Natura took total ownership in December 2016.
L'Oréal acquired Aesop from Natura & Co in April 2023.
Avon
In May 2019, Natura announced its intent to acquire Avon Products. The deal closed in January 2020. Natura will own 76% of the group, with the remaining owned by Avon's shareholders.
